Talk to the Wilderking. He is northeast of the Labyrinthian Wayshrine. He tells you to seek out Spinner Maruin, as he knows “how this story began and where it should end.”

Spinner’s Cottage is southwest of the Wilderking and the Labyrinthian Wayshrine. The cottage is on the hill, not in the labyrinth.

The spinner is inside the entrance to the cottage.
