Enter the highlighted building and speak with Prince Azah. He tells you the Withered Hand leader, Alasan, is planning to turn himself into a lich. He has killed everyone in the town and is using Necromantic Focuses to channel the energy necessary for this ritual. Exit the building, and use the focus immediately to your left (a large stick with three skulls and a beacon of light similar to Skyshards). Repeat this process for the other two focuses before heading to the lighthouse at the northern edge of Tava’s Blessing.

After shattering the ward and disrupting the ritual, you must honor Morwha, Zeht and Tava to reforge the Ansei Ward. Collect the goat milk, desert wind and grave dirt before heading to the forge to restore the blade. Head to the shrine towards the north.

Use the Ansei ward and trap Alasan. Run through the hordes that should have disappeared but for some reason don’t and give the ward to Prince Azah to complete the quest.

Continue to the next Alik’r Desert skill point questing zone, Tigonus.

You can skip directly to quest 4. However, quest 9 from the Myrkwasa section is still required.
