Monster Helms Sets (commonly called “monster heads”) are a subset of dungeon sets of armor. They all consist of one head piece and one shoulder piece, and come in every weight and trait. The head pieces have 100% drop rate from the boss of the associated Veteran group dungeon, while the shoulder pieces may be found in Undaunted reward chests.

Notes
All Monster Helm sets are random in both their armor type (Light/Medium/Heavy) as well as their trait (Reinforced, Infused, Divines, etc.). In order to get the “perfect” set, players will need to put a lot of time into farming and hope for a bit of luck on their pledge chest rolls.

    When you take damage, you have a 6% chance to generate 14 Ultimate and increase your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 6450 for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Chokethorn Elden Hollow I
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Magicka Recovery.
  • 2 Items: Chokethorn
    When you use a heal ability, you have a 15% chance to summon a Strangler Sapling that heals you or an ally for 19565 Health over 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Domihaus Falkreath Hold
  • 1 Item: Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina.
    Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Domihaus
    When you deal damage, you have a 15% chance to create either a Ring of Fire or Ring of Molten Earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 1000 Flame Damage or 1000 Physical Damage every 1 second. Standing within the Ring grants you 200 Spell Damage or 200 Weapon Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
Earthgore Bloodroot Forge
  • 1 Item: Adds 2% Healing Done.
  • 2 Items: Earthgore
    When you heal a friendly target that is under 50% Health you conjure a Pool of Quenching Blood underneath them, which soaks up enemy placed effects instantly and heals all friendly targets in the area for 30000 Health over 3 seconds. This effect can occur once every 35 seconds.
Engine Guardian Darkshade Caverns II
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Health Recovery.
  • 2 Items: Engine Guardian
    When you use an ability, you have a 10% chance to summon a Dwemer Automation to restore 1162 Health, Stamina, or Magicka every 0.5 seconds for 6.5 seconds.
Grothdarr Vaults of Madness
  • 1 Item: Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Grothdarr
    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to create Lava Pools that swirl around you, dealing 1800 Flame Damage to all enemies within 8 meters of you every 1 second for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Iceheart Direfrost Keep
  • 1 Item: Adds 833 Spell Critical.
  • 2 Items: Iceheart
    When you deal Critical Damage, you have a 20% chance to gain a Damage Shield that absorbs 8600 Damage for 6 seconds. While the Damage Shield holds, you deal 770 Frost Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Ilambris Crypt of Hearts I
  • 1 Item: Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka.

    When you deal Flame Damage or Shock Damage, you have a 10% chance to summon a Meteor Shower of that damage type that deals 1170 Damage to all enemies within 4 meteres every 1 seconds for 5 seconds. Each effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
Infernal Guardian City of Ash I
  • 1 Item: Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Infernal Guardian
    When you use a Damage Shield ability, you have a 50% chance to lob 3 Mortars over 2 seconds at the furthest enemy from you that each deal 5500 Flame Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the blast area. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.

    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to spawn Dreugh Limbs that create Shockwaves in front of you dealing 1638 Physical Damage every 0.4 seconds for 1.2 seconds. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.
Lord Warden Imperial City Prison
  • 1 Item: Adds 2975 Spell Resistance.
    Adds 2975 Physical Resistance.
  • 2 Items: Lord Warden
    When you take damage, you have a 50% chance to summon a Shadow Orb for 10 seconds that increases the Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance of you and your allies within 5 meters by 3870. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Maw of the Infernal Banished Cells II
  • 1 Item: Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Maw of the Infernal
    When you deal damage with a Light Attack or Heavy Attack, you have a 10% chance to summon a Fire Breathing Daedroth for 15 seconds. The Daedroth’s basic attacks deal 4257 Flame Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
Mighty Chudan Ruins of Mazzatun
  • 1 Item: Adds 2975 Spell Resistance.
    Adds 2975 Physical Resistance.
  • 2 Items: Mighty Chudan
    Gain Major Ward and Major Resolve, at all times, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280.
    Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
Molag Kena White-Gold Tower
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Weapon Damage.
    Adds 129 Spell Damage.

    When you deal damage with 2 consecutive Light Attacks you trigger Overkill for 6 seconds, which increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 516 but also increases the cost of your abilities by 20%.

    When you heal a friendly target, you have a 10% chance to summon a Dwemer Spider that heals for 1049 Health and restores 524 Stamina to you and your allies within 5 meters every 1 second for 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
Shadowrend Banished Cells I

    When you deal damage, you have a 5% chance to summon a Shadowy Clanfear for 15 seconds. The Clanfear’s basic attack deals 3440 Physical Damage and apply Minor Maim to any enemy hit for 5 seconds, reducing their damage done by 15%. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

    Gain Minor Berserk at all times, increasing your damage done by 8%.

    When you deal damage with a fully-charged Heavy Attack, you create a Web for 10 seconds that deals 1096 Poison Damage every 1 second and reduces the Movement Speed of enemies within by 50%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to create a Thunderfist to crush the enemy, dealing 1650 Shock Damage every 1 second for 3 seconds to all enemies within 4 meters and a final 8000 Physical Damage when the fist closes. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.

    When you Block an attack from an enemy that is further than 5 meters from you, you spin strands of Spider Silk to pull the enemy to you. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds.

  • 1 Item: Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina.

    When you taunt an enemy, you have a 50% chance to cause a Duneripper to burst from the ground beneath them, dealing 6500 Physical Damage to all enemies within 4 meters and reducing their Movement Speed by 70% for 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.
Troll King Blessed Crucible
  • 1 Item: Adds 2% Healing Done.
  • 2 Items: Troll King
    When you heal a friendly target, if they are still below 60% Health, their Health Recovery is increased by 1548 for 10 seconds.
Valkyn Skoria City of Ash II
  • 1 Item: Adds 1206 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Valkyn Skoria
    When you deal damage with a damage over time effect, you have a 8% chance to summon a Meteor that deals 9000 Flame Damage to the target and 4000 Flame Damage to all other enemies within 5 meters. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
Velidreth Cradle of Shadows
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Weapon Damage.
  • 2 Items: Velidreth
    When you deal damage, you have a 20% chance to spawn 3 Disease Spores in front of you that deal 10320 Disease Damage to the first enemy they hit. This effect can occur once every 9 seconds.
