Monster Helms Sets (commonly called “monster heads”) are a subset of dungeon sets of armor. They all consist of one head piece and one shoulder piece, and come in every weight and trait. The head pieces have 100% drop rate from the boss of the associated Veteran group dungeon, while the shoulder pieces may be found in Undaunted reward chests.

Notes
All Monster Helm sets are random in both their armor type (Light/Medium/Heavy) as well as their trait (Reinforced, Infused, Divines, etc.). In order to get the “perfect” set, players will need to put a lot of time into farming and hope for a bit of luck on their pledge chest rolls.

Chokethorn Elden Hollow I
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Magicka Recovery.
  • 2 Items: Chokethorn
    When you use a heal ability, you have a 15% chance to summon a strangler sapling that heals you or an ally for 19565 Health over 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Engine Guardian Darkshade Caverns II
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Health Recovery.
  • 2 Items: Engine Guardian
    10% chance on ability use to summon a dwemer automation to restore 1204 Health, Stamina, or Magicka every 0.5 seconds for 6.5 seconds.
Grothdarr Vaults of Madness
  • 1 Item: Adds 967 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Grothdarr
    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to create lava pools that swirl around you, dealing 2000 Flame Damage to all enemies within 8 meters of you every 1 second for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
Iceheart Direfrost Keep
  • 1 Item: Adds 688 Spell Critical.
  • 2 Items: Iceheart
    When you deal Critical Damage, you have a 20% chance to gain a damage shield that absorbs 8600 damage for 6 seconds. While the damage shield holds, you deal 770 Cold Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Ilambris Crypt of Hearts I
  • 1 Item: Adds 967 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Ilambris
    When you deal Flame or Shock Damage, you have a 10% chance to summon a meteor shower of the damage type that deals 1300 Damage to all enemies within 4 meteres every 1 seconds for 5 seconds. Each effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
Infernal Guardian City of Ash I
  • 1 Item: Adds 967 Maximum Magicka.
  • 2 Items: Infernal Guardian
    When you use a damage shield ability, you have a 50% chance to lob 3 mortars over 2 seconds at the further enemy from you that each deal 5500 Flame Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the blast area. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.

  • 1 Item: Adds 1935 Physical Penetration.
  • 2 Items: Kra’gh
    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to spawn dreugh limbs that create shockwaves in front of you dealing 1300 Physical Damage every 0.4 seconds for 1.2 seconds. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.

  • 2 Items: Lord Warden
    50% chance when you take damage to summon a shadow orb that adds 3870 Physical and Spell Resistance to nearby allies for 10 seconds.
Maw of the Infernal Banished Cells II
  • 1 Item: Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Maw of the Infernal
    5% chance on light or heavy attack to summon a fire breathing Daedroth for 15 seconds. Basic attack deals 4257 Physical Damage.
Mighty Chudan Ruins of Mazzatun
  • 1 Item: Adds 1376 Spell Resistance.
  • 2 Items: Mighty Chudan
    While equipped you gain Major Ward and Major Resolve, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 5280.
Molag Kena White-Gold Tower
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Weapon Damage.
    Adds 129 Spell Damage.
  • 2 Items: Molag Kena
    Causing damage with 2 consecutive Light Attacks triggers Overkill, which increases the cost of all abilities by 33% and increases Spell and Weapon Damage by 516 for 6 seconds.

    10% chance when causing damage that is not from a damage over time effect to create a Lich crystal that explodes after 3 seconds, dealing 9168 Magic Damage.
Nightflame Elden Hollow II
  • 1 Item: Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Nightflame
    2% chance when healing an ally to create a totem for 6 seconds that heals nearby allies for 3483 every 1 second. This effect has a cooldown of 6 seconds.
Pirate Skeleton Blackheart Haven
  • 1 Item: Adds 1935 Physical Resistance.
    Adds 1935 Spell Resistance.
  • 2 Items: Pirate Skeleton
    When you take damage, you have a 6% chance to transform into a skeleton and gain Major Protection and Minor Defile for 12 seconds, reducing your damage taken by 30% but reducing your healing received by 15%. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

  • 1 Item: Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Scourge Harvester
    6% chance when hit to create a beam that steals 8109 Health from target. Beam breaks from targets greater than 10 meters away. While beam holds gain 30% increased healing from all sources.

    When you deal direct melee damage, you have a 15% chance to call on a primal spirit that mauls the closest enemy in front of you for 12000 Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.

    When you deal damage, you have a 5% chance to summon a shadowy Clanfear for 15 seconds. The Clanfear’s basic attack deals 3440 Physical Damage and apply Minor Maim to any enemy hit for 3 seconds, reducing their damage done by 15%. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

    Gain Minor Berserk at all times, increasing your damage done by 8%.

    Your fully charged heavy attacks create a web for 10 seconds that deals 1044 Poison Damage every 1 second and reduces Movement Speed by 50%.
Stormfist Tempest Island

    When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to create a thunderfist to crush the enemy, dealing 1500 Shock Damage every 1 second for 3 seconds to all enemies within 4 meters and a final 8000 Physical Damage when the fist closes. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.

  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Stamina Recovery.
  • 2 Items: Swarm Mother
    When you block an attack from an enemy that is further than 5 meters from you, you spin strands of spider silk to pull the enemy to you. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds.
Tremorscale Volenfell
  • 1 Item: Adds 967 Maximum Stamina.
  • 2 Items: Tremorscale
    When you taunt an enemy, you have a 50% chance to cause a duneripper to burst from the ground beneath them, dealing 6500 Physical Damage to all enemies within 4 meters and reducing their Movement Speed by 70% for 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.
Troll King Blessed Crucible
  • 1 Item: Adds 2% Healing Done.
  • 2 Items: Troll King
    When you heal a friendly target, if they are still below 60% Health, their Health Recovery is increased by 1548 for 10 seconds.
Valkyn Skoria City of Ash II
  • 1 Item: Adds 1064 Maximum Health.
  • 2 Items: Valkyn Skoria
    6% chance when damaging an enemy with a damage over time effect to call a meteor dealing 7904 Flame Damage to target and 3585 Flame Damage to other nearby enemies. This effect has a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Velidreth Cradle of Shadows
  • 1 Item: Adds 129 Weapon Damage.
  • 2 Items: Velidreth
    Whenever you deal damage you have a 20% chance to spawn 3 disease spores in front of you that deal 10320 Disease Damage to the first enemy they hit. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
