Storm Calling is one of three class skill lines available to Sorcerer characters. Skills in this line focus on dealing magical damage. Storm Calling has an associated skill line that is revealed through leveling up your character, whilst using that class. Known abilities are listed below.

Ultimate Abilities
These abilities must be activated manually, for a cost of Ultimate.

Overload Charge your fists with the Power of the Storm. Light Attacks become Lightning Bolts, dealing 3581 Shock Damage, and Heavy Attacks blast enemies in target area for 1413 Shock Damage. Both attacks deal 3% additional damage. Attacks deplete Ultimate until you run out or the ability is toggled off.

Power Overload (Morph) Charge your fists with the Power of the Storm. Light Attacks become Lightning Bolts, dealing 3581 Shock Damage, and Heavy Attacks blast enemies in the target area for 1413 Shock Damage. Both attacks deal 6% additional damage. Attacks deplete Ultimate until you run out or the ability is toggled off. Increase range and radius of Heavy Attacks.

Energy Overload (Morph) Charge your fists with the Power of the Storm. Light Attacks become Lightning Bolts, dealing 3581 Shock Damage, and Heavy Attacks blast enemies in the target area for 1413 Shock Damage. Each attack deals 3% additional damage and restores 1161 Magicka. Attacks deplete Ultimate until you run out or the ability is toggled off. Light and Heavy Attacks restore Magicka, but has less bonus damage.

Mages’ Wrath (Morph) Call down Lightning to strike an enemy, dealing 730 Shock Damage. If the enemy falls to or below 20% Health within 4 seconds, an Explosion deals an additional 2591 Shock Damage to them and 972 Shock Damage to other enemies nearby. Increases the damage dealt to other enemies nearby.

Endless Fury (Morph) Call down Lightning to strike an enemy, dealing 730 Shock Damage. If the enemy falls to or below 20% Health within 4 seconds, an Explosion deals an additional 2591 Shock Damage to them and 471 Shock Damage to other enemies nearby. If any enemy is killed by this ability, you restore 4417 Magicka. If any enemy is killed by this ability, you restore Magicka.

Lightning Form Manifest yourself as Pure lightning, zapping nearby enemies with Electricity dealing 196 Shock Damage every 1 second for 15 seconds. While in this form you also gain Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280.

Hurricane (Morph) Manifest yourself as Pure Air, buffeting nearby enemies with wind dealing 202 Physical Damage every 1 second for 15 seconds. The winds grow in damage and size, increasing up to 150% more damage and up to 9 meters in size. While in this form you gain Major Resolve, Major Ward and Major Expedition, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280 and your Movement Speed by 10%. Converts into a Stamina ability and deals Physical Damage. Increases in size and damage the longer it is active. Grants Minor Expedition while active, increasing your Movement Speed.

Boundless Storm (Morph) Manifest yourself as Pure lightning, zapping nearby enemies with Electricity dealing 196 Shock Damage every 1 second for 23 seconds. While in this form you also gain Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280. Activating this grants Major Expedition for a brief period, increasing your Movement Speed 30% for 7.5 seconds. Increases the duration, and you gain Major Expedition for brief period after activation, increasing your Movement Speed.

Lightning Splash Create a Nexus of Storm Energy at the target location that deals 584 Shock Damage to nearby enemies every 1 second. While active, allies can activate Conduit to deal 1885 Shock Damage to enemies near the ally.

Liquid Lightning (Morph) Create a Nexus of Storm Energy at the target location that deals 611 Shock Damage to nearby enemies every 1 second. While active, allies can activate Conduit to deal 1885 Shock Damage to enemies near the ally. Has additional duration.

Lightning Flood (Morph) Create a Nexus of Storm Energy at the target location that deals 611 Shock Damage to nearby enemies every 1 second. While active, allies can activate Conduit to deal 1885 Shock Damage to enemies near the ally. Has increased radius.

Surge Invoke Meridia’s Name to gain Major Brutality, increasing your Weapon Damage by 20% for 33 seconds. While active, dealing a Critical Strike heals you for 2550 Health. This effect can occur once every 1 second.

Power Surge (Morph) Invoke Meridia’s Name to gain Major Brutality and Major Sorcery, increasing your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 20% for 33 seconds. While active, dealing a Critical Strike heals you for 2550 Health. This effect can occur once every 1 second. Also gain Major Sorcery, increasing your Spell Damage.

Critical Surge (Morph) Invoke Meridia’s Name to gain Major Brutality, increasing your Weapon Damage by 20% for 33 seconds. While active, dealing a Critical Strike heals you for 3000 Health. This effect can occur once every 1 second. Increases the healing.

Bolt Escape Transform yourself into Pure Energy and Flash Forward, Stunning enemies near origin location for 2 seconds. Casting again within 4 seconds costs 50% more Magicka.

Streak (Morph) Transform yourself into Pure Energy and Flash Forward, dealing 1167 Shock Damage to enemies in your wake and Stunning them for 1.5 seconds. Casting again within 4 seconds costs 50% more Magicka. Damage and stun enemies in front of you.

Ball of Lightning (Morph) Transform yourself into Pure Energy and Flash Forward, Stunning enemies near origin location for 2 seconds. Also absorbs any spell projectiles directed at you for 2.5 seconds. Casting again within 4 seconds costs 50% more Magicka. Absorbs projectiles.

Passive Abilities
Passive abilities are active all the time.

Implosion	22	I	When you deal Shock Damage, you have a 3% chance to Instantly Disintegrate enemies under 15% Health, dealing 4372 Shock Damage. When you deal Physical Damage, you have a 3% chance to Instantly Pulverize enemies under 15% Health, dealing 4372 Physical Damage.
	36	II	When you deal Shock Damage, you have a 6% chance to Instantly Disintegrate enemies under 15% Health, dealing 4372 Shock Damage. When you deal Physical Damage, you have a 6% chance to Instantly Pulverize enemies under 15% Health, dealing 4372 Physical Damage.
Expert Mage	39	I	Increases Spell Damage and Weapon Damage by 1% for each Sorcerer ability slotted.
	50	II	Increases Spell Damage and Weapon Damage by 2% for each Sorcerer ability slotted.
