Outfitter Hireling gives you a hireling, Madam Firilanya (later Veesk-Olan, Uraviin Dres and Granny Gravius), who will give you an assortment of Clothing items every day. These will arrive in your mailbox as letters with attachments which must be claimed within 30 days or they will be lost. You do not receive shipments if you don’t log on, so it is advisable to log into each character with points invested in this passive each day to claim your free items.
