If the enemy is already Off Balance, the cliff racer rips through them, causing them to bleed for [2814 / 2859 / 2863 / 2891] Bleed Damage over 7 seconds. This effect can stack.

Increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage after dealing Damage, which increases when hitting Off Balance targets.
Command a cliff racer to dive bomb an enemy, dealing [2789 / 2820 / 2851 / 2881] Magic Damage. If you are more than 7 meters away from the target, you set them Off Balance for 7 seconds. After dealing Damage you increase your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 100 for 10 seconds, which quadruples after damaging Off Balance enemies.

Converts into a Stamina ability and deals Bleed Damage. Deals additional Damage to nearby enemies of the affected target, but limits the cast to one at a time.
Cost: 2525 Stamina, Area: 5 meters.
Unleash a swarm of fetcherflies to relentlessly attack an enemy, causing them to bleed for [6192 / 6237 / 6306 / 6391] Bleed Damage over 20 seconds. The fetcherflies rip through the original enemy’s flesh, afflicting them with Minor Vulnerability for the duration, increasing their Damage Taken by 5%. Enemies near the carrier take [563 / 567 / 573 / 581] Bleed Damage every 2 seconds for the duration. You can only have one Growing Swarm active at a time.

CRIMINAL ACT Transform into a beast, fearing nearby enemies for 3 seconds. While Transformed your Maximum Stamina is increased by 30%, you take 10% less Damage, and you summon two direwolves. You also grant yourself and nearby allies Minor Courage, increasing their Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 215. While slotted, your Stamina Recovery is increased by 15%.

Augments your Light Attacks to gain a Bleed, and your Heavy Attacks deal Damage in a cone in front of you.
Cost: 300 Ultimate.
CRIMINAL ACT Transform into a beast, fearing nearby enemies for 3 seconds. While Transformed, your Light Attacks apply a bleed for 3716 Bleed Damage over 4 seconds, your Heavy Attacks deal 50% Splash Damage, and your Maximum Stamina is increased by 30%. While slotted, your Stamina Recovery is increased by 15%.

Activating the ability again within the next 5 seconds causes you to cast Brutal Carnage. Brutal Carnage causes the enemies to bleed for 1739 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds and deals up to 450% more Damage to enemies under 100% Health. Increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by [85 / 90 / 95 / 100] for each enemy hit, up to a maximum of 6 times.
Feral Pounce

You restore Stamina and extend your Werewolf Transformation whenever they deal Damage with the ability.
CRIMINAL ACT Pounce on an enemy with primal fury, dealing 2326 Bleed Damage. Activating the ability again within the next 5 seconds causes you to cast Feral Carnage. Feral Carnage causes the enemy to bleed for 1739 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds and deals up to 450% more Damage to enemies under 100% Health. Dealing Damage with either attack restores [85 / 90 / 95 / 100] Stamina and extends your Werewolf Transformation by 1 second.

Aegis Caller Medium When you deal critical damage with a Martial melee attack, summon a Lesser Aegis for 11 seconds. After 2.5 seconds, the Lesser Aegis spins its blades, dealing 621 Bleed Damage every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Blooddrinker Medium Increases your Bleed Damaging attacks by 20%.
Crimson Twilight Heavy After taking damage you surround yourself in an 8 meter mist of blood. After 2 seconds, the mist is violently siphoned into your body, dealing 1946 Bleed Damage to nearby enemies and healing you for 100% of the damage done. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds and scales off your Maximum Health.
Deadlands Assassin Medium Dealing damage to an enemy within 10 meters of you with a Heavy Attack causes you to throw a cone of knives, dealing 1061 Physical Damage to enemies hit. If an enemy hit has 50% Health or less, they also take an additional 2121 Bleed Damage over 13 seconds. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Deadly Strike Medium Increase the damage your damage over time and channeled abilities do by 15%.
Dragon’s Appetite Any Increase your damage done to Bleeding Enemies by 5-225. Dealing non-Bleed damage to Bleeding enemies generates a persistent stack of Dragon’s Appetite, up to once per half second. After 10 stacks you consume Dragon’s Appetite and heal for 4635 Health. The heal effect scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Maximum Stamina.
Dro’Zakar’s Claws Medium For every Bleed effect you have on an enemy, increase your Weapon Damage by 2-103 against them.
Merciless Charge Weapons Dealing damage with Critical Charge causes enemies to bleed for 1662 Bleed Damage over 5 seconds. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Pestilent Host Medium Whenever you kill an enemy afflicted with a poison effect, their corpse releases a writhing mass of Fetcherflies, which seek out the nearest enemy within 12 meters, causing them to bleed for 7605 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Pillar of Nirn Medium When you deal damage, you create a fissure underneath the enemy after 1 second, dealing 888 Bleed Damage to all enemies within 2.5 meters and causing them to bleed for an additional 4440 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Savage Werewolf Medium Your Light and Heavy Attacks rend flesh, causing your enemy to bleed for 302 Bleed Damage every 1 second for 4 seconds. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Stinging Slashes Weapons Twin Slashes deals 38-1635 more damage for each hit of the initial attack and Bleed.
Strength of the Automaton Medium Adds 9-400 Weapon Damage to your Physical and Bleed Damage abilities.
Twin Sisters Medium When you block an attack, you cause all enemies within 5 meters of you to bleed for 2514 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.
Unleashed Terror Medium When you deal direct damage with a Blink, Charge, Leap, Teleport, or Pull ability, you cut your enemy, causing them to bleed for 10 seconds, dealing 2592 Bleed Damage over the duration and applying the Hemorrhaging status effect every tick. This ability can occur once every 10 seconds per target and scales off the higher of your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.

Champion Points
War Mage in the Extended Might subconstellation of Warfare grants additional Bleed Damage.
