Pavilion of Artifice is a crafting site found in the central Clockwork City, south of the Clockwork Crossroads Wayshrine. The area is home to a special crafting site, where you may craft items in the Mechanical Acuity set. A recorded lecture about the potential of clockwork mechanisms can be found in the pavilion.
